Is RV 30 Amp or 50 Amp Power?
All our RVs connect to a 30 Amp outlet. This is the most common power outlet at most RV Parks. We also provide a 30 amp to 15 amp adaptor in most units so that you could plug into power from your standard home outlet.
How much is your deposit?
Deposits are $1500 for Class C motorhomes and $500 for travel trailers.
What are the pick up and drop off times?
Pick up time is Monday through Saturday between 4:00 to 6:00 p.m. Sunday pickup may be possible based on availability and a $50 charge, it must be scheduled in advance.

Drop off time is Monday through Saturday between 11:00 to 1:00 p.m.

Can I pick up early or drop off late?

Early pick up is based on availability and a $50 early pickup fee. An early pick is only available if another renter is not returning the RV on the same day that the early pick up is requested.

Late drop off is also based on availability and has a $50 late drop off fee and must be arranged in advance. Failure to arrange in advance will incur the normal $50/hour late return fee. Late drop off is available so long as another renter is not scheduled to pick up on the same unit on the same day.

What is your minimum rental time/rental period?

In Season – June 1 – September 30 – Four (4) day minimum (3 nights)
Off Season -October 1 – May 31 – Three (3) day minimum (2 nights)

A four (4) day rental is considered a “weekend”. Scheduling would be as follows:
Pick up Thursday afternoon (4:00 – 6:00 p.m.) and return on Monday between 11 a.m. – 1 p.m.
Pick up Friday afternoon (4:00 – 6:00 p.m.) and return Tuesday between 11 a.m. – 1 p.m. or
Pick up Monday afternoon (4:00 – 6:00 p.m.) and return Friday between 11 a.m. – 1 p.m.

Do you rent for longer than a week?
Yes.
We prorate the weekly rate for the amount of days you’re looking for.
There are discounts for longer rentals (17 days or more).
How many free miles are included with a motorhome rental?
Motorhome: 100 free miles per day.
Travel Trailers: No mileage involved
How much is additional mileage?
Additional mileage is $0.40 per mile.
Can we take the RV into Mexico?
No. Insurance does not cover travel into Mexico and our motorhomes and travel trailers are strictly prohibited from crossing the boarder.

What are the requirements for towing travel trailers?
Hitch rated at 3,500 lbs for the R-Pod Travel Trailers
Electronic Brake Controller. (If you do not have a brake controller you can rent one from us for $10/day or $70 if renting longer than 1 week)
7-way, round plug with wired battery charge line on your vehicle.
What is your cancellation policy?
30 days prior: Full refund of deposit.
15-30 days prior: 1/2 refund
No Show – 14 days prior: No refund but credit will be issued for you to rebook within one year
