As many of you know from the news there are restrictions due to the covid-19. It seems no matter where you turn people are canceling their vacations. Call me an optimist but this is the best time to travel domestically while avoiding crowds.
All large gatherings, concerts, organized sports, and even school has been canceled or delayed. This is the perfect chance to explore the great outdoors. Amazing national and state parks like Yellowstone, Yosemite, Grand Canyon are available for adventurers and families to explore. Here in San Diego, there are many local RV destinations to get outdoors with the family. Even with some parks being closed there are plenty of outdoors to explore. No one has ever contracted covid-19 from a tree or fresh air.
It may be a long drive, but the price of the oil has plunged to new lows due to the Russia destroying its alliance with OPEC and refusing to join the oil cartel’s demands to keep prices high. Renting an RV – Vacation Virus Free
If you haven’t been camping much and don’t have your own gear, you can rent one of our RVs. RVing is a perfect way to spend quality time with your friends and family and avoid air planes, hotels, and crowds that have an increased risk for virus’s.
Each RV is cleaned and sanitized after each rental, mattress protectors are washed and swapped out with a fresh one so they are clean each and every time. All surfaces are wiped with disinfectant, handles, countertops, tabletops, toilets, showers, sinks and all handles.
Hotels and airplanes always have crowds of people touching surfaces. According to WHO (World Health Organization) virus’s can live on these surfaces for a few hours to several days depending on the material. When you rent an RV you and your family are pretty much in a moving bubble where you know who last touch each handle, doorknob, etc. Also, often a few days will pass between RV rentals; since virus’s can’t live that long on surface’s it is a secondary guaranty, in addition to disinfectants, that surfaces are virus free.
